Refund & Returns Policy
We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, in original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at juicyytreat@gmail.com . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
- Raise a return/replacement request within 5 days from the date of delivery. In case of damaged/missing product, raise a return/replacement within 2 days from the date of delivery. It is mandatory to share image of the damaged product for us to verify.
- We will take 3 working days to review your return request.
- After the product is received, we will verify it against the claim and initiate the replacement or refund accordingly. Please note that replacement would depend upon the stock availability.
Under what conditions can I return/ replace my product?
- Wrong product delivered
- Expired product delivered
- Damaged product delivered – physical damage/ tampered product or packaging.
Under what conditions return/ replacement request will not be accepted?
- Opened/used/altered products
- Original packaging (mono cartons, labels, etc.) missing
- Product that doesn’t fall under any conditions given above.
- The return/replacement request is generated after 7 days from the date of delivery
- The damaged/missing product is reported after 2 days from the date of delivery
SHIPPING POLICY
- We offer standard shipping for all orders made on our website www.juicytreat.in
- Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday-Friday, excluding Indian public holidays)
- An order takes 3 business days to process and about 6-8 business days to deliver.
- Note that during festive periods, please allow more time for delivery. We do apologies for the inconvenience caused.
- Orders will be processed and shipped once payment is received.
- Shipping charges are based on weight and pin code. Your actual shipping charge will be displayed at checkout.
Logistics Providers: We send our packages via our third-party logistics providers. Any delays or mistakes in delivery are solely their responsibility and we are not to be held accountable for their errors or omissions.
Incorrect Shipping Information: Shipping labels are based on what the Customer inputs when making their order with us. If you have inadvertently submitted an incorrect address, please email juicyytreat@gmail.com immediately with your Order Number and the correct address. If the order has already been sent out to the logistics provider, we regret to inform you that we will be unable to make the change for you. You may contact the provider directly to see if they are prepared to make the corrections to the address. Products which are returned back to Juicy Treat by the logistics provider due to an incomplete, incorrect or undeliverable address; or products which are refused at the point of delivery; will not have its shipping charges refunded. Should you wish it to be re-sent to the correct address, you will be required to pay new shipping charges.
Tracking your Order: We opt services of popular shipping aggregators and reputed shipping companies to deliver parcels. Tracking details are sent via email/WhatsApp.
Bulk Purchase: For bulk purchase or wholesale orders, do contact us to confirm and agree on the shipping costs before the order is processed.
International: Please contact us at juicyytreat@gmail.com for shipping outside India.
Please note, in case of multiple active offers, only one can be availed with a particular order. Freebies/goodies are subject to stock availability.
